Abstract

The article reveals the urgency of technological preparation of schoolchildren with complex developmental disabilities in the context of the Concept of the new Ukrainian school. The author presents the concept of labor training for children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system and intellect, presents an integral pedagogical technology of labor training in special educational institutions. The structure and components of pedagogical technology were described. They provide an integrative model of labor training and algorithm for the formation of work skills and skills of schoolchildren with musculoskeletal system and intellect disabilities. The components of pedagogical technology include the program-methodical support based on modular training; maintenance of developing influence of educational and developing programs; methodical recommendations for teachers and parents to improve the efficiency of the formation of work of schoolchildren. The developing orientation of the variation modules of labor training have been provide. Implementation of innovative content, methods and methodological methods, forms and means necessary for the effective implementation of the labor training of this category of schoolchildren in special educational institutions was submitted. The pedagogical technology designed to ensure the effective formation of the labor competence of schoolchildren with disorders of the musculoskeletal system and intellect. The individual psychophysical opportunities of students ensures optimal dynamics of development of work activity. The content of the training assumes the variability of its use both in the primary school and at the senior level of the special school. This pedagogical technology of labor training basis on the development and implementation of integrated courses and variational modules, ensures the development of creativity, independence, and stimulates motivation for work.
