Abstract

The state of distance learning as a form of teaching and pedagogical technology is analyzed, the principles of organization of distance learning with the account of peculiarities of postgraduate pedagogical education are formulated, which made it possible to scientifically substantiate directions of further introduction of distance learning technologies into the educational activity of a higher educational institution of postgraduate pedagogical education. Also described is an innovative system of pedagogical control and a methodology for evaluating the results of training of pedagogical workers who have been approbated in a number of pedagogical experiments, and also comprehensively considered the provision of distance learning specifically for postgraduate pedagogical education. For leading, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational establishments, students of advanced training courses, post-graduate students.
