Abstract

The analysis of normative legal documents in the context of provision of training of the population on issues of civil protection, technogenic and fire safety in the system of professional development of officials of ministries and other central executive authorities, local self-government bodies and communal entities, as well as subjects management belonging to the sphere of their management. The necessity of their pedagogical preparation for the further improvement of the effectiveness of the activity for the purpose of the prevention of emergencies is substantiated.
