Abstract

The monograph analyzes and describes a systematic approach to the management of professional development of faculty members of the departments of university management in the Republic of Poland. The conceptual principles of the modeling of the system of professional development management of the faculties of the universities' management departments of the Republic of Poland are presented, the methodical recommendations for the implementation of this system and the work program of the course "System of professional development of teachers of the departments of management of universities of the Republic of Poland" are presented. The research is addressed to the heads and professors of higher education institutions of Ukraine and to all those involved in researching the problems of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers higher school
