Abstract

The article analyzes the training of future teachers for work in the context of inclusive education. The conditions of formation of the future teacher's professionalism for work in the conditions of inclusive education are outlined. The author notes that modern approaches to the education of children with special needs allow to consider the special training of the future teacher as an integral part of the educational space. Today it is necessary to be competent in inclusive pedagogy, to organize inclusive educational space, capable of introducing innovations in education, to possess the methods of tutoring, coaching, to be facilitators, moderators in the individual educational trajectory of the student. An important aspect in the process of training future educators to work in inclusive conditions is the formation of their professional qualities. Namely: the professional-value orientation of a teacher who works with children with special educational needs; recognition of the value of the child's personality irrespective of his violation; awareness of its responsibility as a carrier of culture and its translator for children with special needs; understanding of the creative essence of pedagogical activity with children, etc. Therefore, an important condition for the training of the future teacher is: a complex of special psychological and pedagogical, anatomical and physiological knowledge, skills and abilities; personal qualities, strategies and tactics of behavior; stereotypes and settings. This enables the introduction and use of effective pedagogical technologies for the education and upbringing of children with special needs. The author substantiated the practical orientation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of future teachers in the conditions of inclusive education. The article states that the training of a future teacher involves the development of a number of new disciplines. They relate to inclusive education and appropriate pedagogical practice. For successful inclusive activities, future teachers must have a certain level of knowledge and skills in working with adults. Also, they must have sufficient level of ability to communicate, to negotiate, to cooperate with families, to resolve conflicts, to reduce the psychological distance between parents and a teacher.
