Abstract
The methodological manual covers theoretical and methodological aspects and practical recommendations for the organization of fine art junior pupils with visual impairment. As a result of theoretical and empirical researches, the peculiarities of color perception of children with visual impairments were clarified and taken into account in practical recommendations for the organization of the visual activity of children with visual impairment in primary school. The basic forms and methods of organization of the learning process are determined visual activity in elementary school, peculiarities of the formation of graphic skills and skills in children with visual impairment at the lessons of visual activity. The problematic of the teaching manual is also of great importance for special elementary education, since it helps to solve the actual psychological and pedagogical task - the formation of a fully developed, creative, intellectual personality able to fully socialize in society. Educational and methodical manual is addressed to special educators general educational institutions, educational-rehabilitation centers, general education institutions with integrated and inclusive education, listeners courses for advanced training, students.
