Abstract

Bibliometric and science-based systems are a tool for monitoring and analyzing scientific information and supporting research. The creation and use by the scientific community of national bibliometric and science-research projects and their further integration into a single information and analytical system will help to obtain relevant rating indicators regarding the domestic scientific potential. Before the scientists of the country have a task to learn how to use these databases in scientific and pedagogical activities in order to identify the priority areas of scientific and scientific and pedagogical research.
