Abstract

The basis of the study was the need to determination the specifics of the praxeological component in the structure creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The structure includes such components, as clusters of competence, types of innovations, stages and the ways implementation of innovations. Described are praxeological component in the structure of creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker is realized in the systemic unity of the motivational-projective, epistemological, reflexive and operational clusters of teacher competencies. The significance of the praxeological component lies in the organization of effective creative and innovative activities of scientific and pedagogical workers, which ensures the successful creation of new technologies, methods, programs, as well as the heuristic implementation of experimental and reflexive activities. It is changes and introduces innovations into the scientific and pedagogical practice and, in the process of legitimizing, modernizes the education system. The praxeological component includes the process of self-determination of the teacher in relation to the new, constructive change of his professional position, as well as readiness for creative and innovative activity. Determinate that the use of the praxeological approach in the study of the structure of creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker makes it possible to consider the creative and innovative activity of a teacher from the standpoint of its functionality, performance, success, productivity, efficiency, utility. As well as identifying unsatisfactory actions, the causes of inefficiency, the study of the conditions and possibilities of disclosing the innovative potential and creative resources of the teacher’s personality, in order to achieve a high level of scientific and educational activities.
