Abstract

A special secondary school for children and adolescents in need of special conditions of education (since 1995 - a school for social rehabilitation) is a state educational institution to which juvenile offenders are sent from the age of 11 to 14 years inclusive on the basis of a court decision. Given the complexity of the pupil's contingent, by 2012 schools of this type operated the Regulations on the disciplinary room, which lapsed in connection with the reform of the school industry, including on the basis of human.
