Abstract
Research into general issues of bilingualism (synonym for a special case of multilingualism) is of great scientific and practical importance. The concept of "bilingualism" comes from the Latin word bi lingua, which means two languages. Bilingualism is interpreted as the ability to operate in several languages. Multilingualism (or multilingualism, multilingualism) is of two types: as a social phenomenon (use of several languages in a certain public community) and individual (after an individual in several languages, which he chooses according to a certain speech situation).
