Abstract

The article deals with the distribution of videoconferencing systems, depending on the purpose, classes and types of these systems. The Open Open Systems Conference (OCS), a free software for open source web publishers for managing public scientific conferences, was created by the Consortium Public Knowledge Project. Conclusion is made: electronic conferencing is used as a tool for improving the teaching and teaching of students, allowing them to acquire technological skills, promote professional development, is an instrument for learning and personal development.
