Abstract

The theses contain statistical data on the functioning of institutions of general secondary education in Ukraine with teaching in the languages of national minorities, the problems of the Ukrainian language in primary schools are revealed, and the features of the formation of oral speech in educational institutions of the specified type are briefly described.
