Abstract

It is accented in theses, that due to possibilities of the Internet, achievements of fourth technological revolution, ideas that arose up at a democratic case society frame, the socialistic state created China and actively inculcated the system of social credit but not limited to only service and consumption business, but also decided to move forward and "cultivate" common to all mankind values: socially acceptable behavior, social responsibility, trust, чесніть - for development of the general blessing through a network the Internet.
