Abstract

The psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional development of top managers in the system of corporate education are analyzed. It is proved that modern educational technologies of business training open up top managers access to the latest information in their professional field of activity, allow them to form new and improve their acquired skills, to develop personally and professionally throughout their life.
