Abstract

The article investigates the compilation of Anton Makarenko characteristics of graduates of the commune named after FE Dzerzhinsky and on the basis of their analysis highlights the psychological and pedagogical views of a prominent teacher and particularly his psychological skills. The author proves that Anton Makarenko his pedagogical practice has convincingly confirmed broad hypothesis of Carl Rogers on human relations even before the american scientist formulated his basic hypothesis about building helping relationship (triad of Carl Rogers).
