Abstract

The author focuses on the factors contributing to the effectiveness of methodological work of teachers. Effective methodological work is impossible without the availability of free time for teachers. Providing a teacher free time is an important condition for the development of his creativity. For this, the heads of educational institutions need to analyze the optimal of the load of each teacher and allocate time to self-improvement.
