Abstract
Based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological and educational literature, regulations, interviews with peda¬gogical staff in the questionnaires and experts in thefield of standardization education defines the principles of standard¬ization. The principle of modularity is used both to optimize the development of educational standards, and to organize an educational process, where the learner acquires competencies through the modular organization of the educational process. The principle of optimality allows one to mutually reconcile the requirements of standards to products (services) and allows to significantly reduce the procedures for their development. The principle of the activity orientation of educa¬tion is a combination oftheformation ofthe student’s theoretical knowledge with hispractical needs, value orientations, and the improvement of the knowledge system that determines the activity orientation of the individual. The principle of systematic standardization of vocational education leads to the consideration of the essence of its development in its own system and in the structure ofa larger system (standardization ofeducation), to 'which the object (phenomenon) includes both its component and the implementation of a systematic approach to the study of standardization. The principle of humanization provides for an appeal to the personality of a student, a student, the creation of necessary and equal con¬ditions for the development of the interests, inclinations and opportunities of each participant in the educational process. The principle offundamentalisation ensures that the content of vocational education, along 'with the general education, general-professional component, is the basis (foundation) for the formation ofprofessional competence of the individual. Theprinciple offiexibility and variability: thefiexibility is toprovide opportunities and conditionsfor changing the con¬tent, methods and forms of organization ofprofile education, including the main form ofsatisfying the individual demands of students according to individual plans and distance learning programs, etc. The principle of unity and interconnec¬tion of the general, 'vocational, theoretical and 'vocational-practical types ofpreparatory 'works implements the didactic principle of combining theory 'with practice. The diagnostic principle is based on the following components: adequacy, primacy, standardization. The principle of unification is the need for the use of standard unified standardization elements of vocational education. Adherence to the principle of a forward-looking nature of education reduces the gap between learning information that is studied by students (students), and the requirements of modern production to the level ofprofessional competence ofthe 'workforce.
