Abstract

An analytical review of the experience of implementing distance learning in Ukrainian institutions and in foreign educational systems is presented, which shows that, first, the system should be accessible, convenient and understandable, and secondly, it should be easily adapted to the conditions of the educational institution and needs of the sub educational process. One of the priorities of the New Ukrainian School is to provide conditions for the child's comprehensive development, her talents, abilities, competences and cross-cutting skills in accordance with age and individual psycho-physiological characteristics and needs. The national platform mobiSchool is described.
