Abstract

The emergence and definition of the phenomenon of "electronic educational resource", which reflects virtually all possible applications in the teaching of electronic computing and information technology, called for the development of normative documents of the national level, in particular - Regulations on electronic educational resources, which defines and identifies fifteen types - from the electronic edition to the electronic laboratory workshop, and the isolation, justification and definition of the functional features by which they can be classify. However, further scientific substantiation, development and implementation in educational practice also require methodological recommendations for the creation and application of specific types of electronic educational resources and their complexes. The main attention should be paid, for the very first time, to such electronic educational resources, which are used for the most widespread classroom organizational form of education, provide comfortable conditions for learning regardless of the negative effects of changes in external conditions (both natural and social disasters).
