Abstract

The problem of finding forms, methods and means of training that would provide the formation of knowledge that would become the basis of professional competence, the problem of finding its solution and the results of research into the theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of serious games in higher education, in particular in the process of training managers, provide the opportunity to form new approaches to this process, provide training for future managers at the current level.
