Abstract
This article addresses the problem of economic training managers in the context of the history of international management. Today, higher education system is designed to give knowledge about the professional sphere of activity, its specificity, has a degree in personal form. The current manager, and especially education managers should have strong and deep knowledge of professional thinking, have their own professional and personal position, economic competence, which is the basis of modern vocational education. The direction of management in pedagogical science is sufficiently young, so at this stage of its development, he needs to choose the necessary set of approaches for his study. Relying on the current trends in the integration of scientific knowledge, there is a need to use in the process of research, management processes and phenomena of knowledge in such sciences as philosophy, psychology, sociology, etc. The perspective direction of studying the problem of management in the pedagogical system is the attraction of economic knowledge as a necessary component of the management process.
