Abstract
The importance of inclusion in the group of internally displaced persons, which provides them with psychological support and activates the resources of overcoming behavior, is considered. Because of the roles performed in groups, the behavior of the individual is consistent with the society. It is noted that changing the circumstances of living in difficult life situations leads to the loss of groups and psychological roles, as well as the acquisition of new ones; therefore, role-related mobility (flexibility), variability and differentiation are important factors in overcoming such situations and their consequences.
