Abstract
The publication presents a comparative analysis of the results of the study of the «organizational and innovative environment of an organization», a component of the technology for the formation of psychological readiness for innovative activity − conditions for the competitiveness of the individual. The technology consists of two interconnected and complementary parts corresponding to the study of the internal and external conditions for the implementation of innovation activities: 1. Model of expertise and correction of organizational and innovative environment of organizations (external conditions); 2. Model of examination and correction of internal psychological readiness of personnel of organizations for innovation activity (internal conditions). In this article, the subject of a detailed discussion is the dynamics of the comparative analysis of diagnostic sections, in the experimental and control groups, based on the results of the ascertaining and forming stages of the experiment, studies of the organizational and innovative environment of the organization. The organizational and innovative environment of the organization we consider as a set of external conditions for daily professional activity, contribute to the creation of a favorable psychological climate in the organization, an atmosphere of creative activity, encourages staff to self-improvement, and the formation of innovativeness, that are important factors in the development of individual competitiveness for effective implementation of innovative transformations.
