Abstract
The socio-psychological aspect of personality fragmented by psychological trauma is explained. The mechanisms of fragmentation, dissociation and them selfness are distinguished as a determination’s of formation separated sub personality and there conflicting relations. There are shown that internal conflicts of personality produce external conflicts with her family and social environment. The technology of reintegration the traumatic personality is refined. There are open that mechanism of paradox reaction actualized spontaneously-constructive processes restructuration of conflictive ties, reintegration personality by involving social and psychological resources to a new integrity and stabilized it with determine type of practices. There are established main technological principles which provide the effectiveness of spontaneously-constructive processes. The main principles among them are respect, confidence and spontaneity. There are distinguished the basic stages of implementation the technological algorithm. Among them are creation of a space of trust and the actualization of spontaneously constructive processes of the reintegration of sub personalities; facilitation and support of these processes to ensure the reintegration of fragmented traumatic conditions into a new integrity; stabilization and rooting of the completed integrity in the ways of behavior and the corresponding types of practices. The typical negative, positive and neutral psycho emotional and psychosomatic states were identified in a pilot empirical study. Such states as a fear, anxiety, fatigue and also states of confusion, despair, anguish, hatred, resentment, guilt, and others are defined as guard negative psycho-emotional conditions. Such states as lightness, tranquility, joy, and other are distinguished as a transitional positive psycho-emotional states. The states of appeasement, love, confidence, freedom, gratitude are distinguished as final integrative states. The pain, pressure, tremor, cold, fever, grits, sweating and others were determined as leading negative psychosomatic states of the respondents. The heat, lightness, relaxation, drowsiness and others were determined as positive states. The states of emptiness, stupor, indifference, and other were determined as neutral psycho emotional states. The integral positive states are defined as the criteria ones regarding the completion of the spontaneously constructive process of experiencing the consequences of traumatic events.
