Abstract

The article describes the results of a theoretical and experimental psychodiagnostic study of 2016-2018, which was carried out in the framework of the implementation of the NDR theme "Psychophysiological support of professional self-realization of a professional in the context of socio-economic changes." Directly, our research was aimed at determining the psychological factors of professional self-fulfillment of teachers. The data obtained were subjected to regression analysis. It has been established that four factors turned out to be the most significant: the scale of value orientations, self-efficacy, external negative motivation, the scale of views on human nature. They influence the professional self-fulfillment of teachers, which in turn represents the pinnacle of self-realization and the discovery of a person’s creative potential. It is obvious that the selected methodologies contain indicators that can be considered as manifested factors for the professional self-realization of teachers.
