Abstract

The article studies that the realization of the strategic goal, which is the development of continuous education on the territories of modern Ukraine, should be based on separate priorities actions that are accompanied by European lifelong learning strategies, namely: increasing accessibility to lifelong learning; improving the quality of continuing education; interaction and partnership Ukraine and Poland for the purpose of obtaining and applying the experience of the Republic Poland in the educational system of Ukraine; increase in investment in human resource; Understanding the Role and Importance of Continuing Education.
