Abstract

This article analyzes the factors that can disrupt the successful implementation of social dialogue. It is shown that under the conditions of the polarization of society would increase the risk of its disintegration, provoking tensions and conflicts, reducing the effectiveness of social institutions, causing the collapse of the mechanisms of social control and regulation. Counterbalance these threats is the effective design of social dialogue as a process of collaborative problem solving. However, complications of communicative space, which is derived from the functional differentiation of society, requires consideration of those features of communication that are rooted in differences of discursive communication components. It is shown the vertical and horizontal splitting of communicative space of social problems generate specific threats of dialogue failure.
