Abstract
The EU's new Opening up Education program is preparing to introduce the latest digital education achievements into the European education: public online courses, educational portals, open standards, and the value of continuous exchange of experience between students, teachers, educational institutions and IT business. The purpose of the article is to reveal the ethical aspects of the open environment in professional and professional education vocational education. The main problems of ethics in the field of educational information technologies: information and communication privacy, ethics of behavior on the Internet, intellectual property, social and legal problems of information and communication technologies, professional responsibility. Codes are the basis for creating special courses in computer ethics that are intended for the formation and development of computer ethics in an open environment for vocational and vocational education. Three forms of integration of questions of ethics and social consequences of information technologies into the program of training students (students) are proposed: introduction of separate courses of computer ethics; inclusion of modules or ethical issues of computer ethics in all courses where information technologies are used; a comprehensive approach that combines the two previous ones and the inclusion of ethical analysis as a compulsory part of course or diploma design.
