Abstract

It is disclosed that the results of external independent assessment are used by foreign countries: in the context of building a student's future career; by educational institutions – for comparison among themselves in order to improve the quality of work; by local educational authorities – to monitor the quality of education in the region; national governments – to monitor the quality of the national education system.
