Abstract

The system of higher education, which is part of the overall socio-economic system of the region, directly affects the labor market of the region, contributing to the development of the regional economy and the region as a whole. The strategic approach to preparing graduates' competitiveness is to comprehensively study the factors that influence the formation of the competitive qualities of an individual (graduate) to possess the optimal combination of competences that enable effective work in an organization.
