Abstract

The article identifies issues of modernization of the standardization of vocational education of the new generation. The dialectic relationship of standardization and variability of vocational education is noted. The main directions of the standardization of vocational education in Ukraine, associated with globalization and the role of standardization in the formation of professional standards in the context of student personal development and the divergence of business and education interests, are highlighted. The orientation creation in the country of centers for the development of qualifications aimed at the training and retraining of personnel of the enterprises themselves is considered. Based on this, it is possible to designate such positions of the problematic issues of standardization of vocational education as globalization and standardization of education. Standardization of education in the era of globalization provides a comparable level of education in different countries, allowing students to master different competences in educational institutions of different countries; personality and standardization of education (with the aim of transition to a new generation of educational standards) and their combination with the created professional standards) “Separation” from the industry structure (“separation” of educational organizations of professional education from the industry structure affects the current stage of development of public-private partnership). Prospects for solving the problem of standardization of vocational education: ensuring professional and personal self-realization; building a unified sectoral qualification requirements for all professions and specialties; correlation between the goal of vocational education of the individual and the requirements of the professional community; The orientation of students should be directed to the educational program, and not to the level of professional education.
