Abstract

In the article, based on the methods of factor analysis, the main pedagogical conditions of purposeful development of self-educational competence of future junior specialists are substantiated. It is emphasized that self-educational competence of the student is an integrative property of the individual. It is determined that in the structure of the phenomenon it is worthwhile to emphasize motivational-value, practical-activity, organizational and person-reflexive. The content of these components is the basis on which the flight research method determines the complex of factors of the investigated process. The means of the analysis of the causal relationships of consequences formulate the pedagogical conditions of the provision of which contributes to the transformation of these factors into the effective circumstances of the development of students' self-educational abilities. On the basis of expert assessment, the importance of the studied conditions within each of the identified groups (content-organizational, instrumental-technological, social-pedagogical, motivational, personality-psychological) is established. The unity of experts' opinions was calculated using the coefficient of concordation and ranged from 0.63 to 0.71, indicating the coherence of the ranking of conditions. The proposed mechanism of expert evaluation of the main determinants of the development of self-educational competence of future junior specialists has allowed to determine the following leading circumstances of the development of the investigated integrative property: the introduction of individual educational research tasks in the educational process; Dominance in the system of forms of studying occupations of problem-raschukogo nature; activization of non-auditable intellectual activity of students; application of methods of objective control of competently oriented training of future junior specialists; use in the pedagogical practice of heuristic methods of development of intellectual abilities of students. It is noted that the prospects for further research will be related to the development of a methodological system for the development of the phenomenon.
