Abstract

Today, the state needs highly skilled workers, putting great hopes on those who work with students. Among the topical tasks of the standards of professional and professional advance education on a competent basis - the formation of graduates motives for further employment in the specialty, constant career growth and self-development, raising the level of professional skills, the ability to social adaptation in society, manifestation of active life position, success a young man in a globalized society. This stipulates the need for significant changes in the content of vocational education, forms and methods of education and upbringing. The standards of vocational and professional advance education define not only the requirements for the quality of the student's training, but also the staffing capacity of vocational education institutions.
