Abstract
Abstract. Education reform focuses on decentralization, and educational standards are the basis of an unhindered and effective transition to a decentralized model of education. The purpose of this article is to determine the criteria for the teacher's readiness to standardize the training of junior specialists. The readiness of teaching staff to implement educational goals regulated by educational standards is their ability to develop pedagogical technologies for achieving normalized tasks, to diagnose learning outcomes in the cognitive, value-motivational and psychomotor spheres of the student's personality. An objective materialized feature, which evaluates the degree of achievement of such readiness on a modular-competent basis are: motivational, cognitive, activity and personal criteria. Resume. The article clarifies the content of the notion of readiness of a pedagogical worker of an educational institution to standardize the training of junior specialists in colleges and technical colleges of agrarian, construction and machine building industries; criteria of this readiness are defined: motivational, cognitive, activity and personal.
