Abstract
The article presents the analysis of scientific studies to the problem of subject-subject interaction in the educational activities. The article focuses on the need to study the didactic features of interaction of subjects of educational activity. Described that the efficiency of formation of the subjective space of both pupils and teachers depends on the characteristics of the construction of subject-subject interaction between them, the functionality of which is equivalent in achieving the goals of the educational process and in the promotion of personal self-affirmation of the participants in the training activities. It is noted that in the conditions of humanization of education, interpersonal communication in learning activities is determined not only by the degree of formation of the communicative competence of subjects of training, which essentially integrates the knowledge, skills and abilities, manifested in communicative action and ensure the effectiveness of the communication process, but also involves psycho-pedagogical skills of communication as the key to effective subject-subject interaction based on knowledge and life experience of both teachers and students, abilities of each of the participants in training activities to understand themselves and to accept the modification of the mental States of others, the ability to adjust communicative action with the contacts of teachers with students, students among themselves, with other people. It is proved that the problem of forming the subject-subject interaction of students in learning activities is interdisciplinary, and therefore should be regarded on the basis of the results of the study of pedagogy, psychology, sociology, psychophysiology, and the like. It is proved that the efficiency of formation of the subjective space of both pupils and teachers depends on the characteristics of the construction of subject-subject interaction between them, the functionality of which is equivalent in achieving the goals of the educational process and in the promotion of personal self-affirmation of the participants in the training activities.
