Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of practical orientation of jurisprudence in the Ukrainian school. A review of the Street Law program and its implementation in the countries of the former USSR is presented. A detailed description of the «Practical Law» program, which was implemented in Ukraine, is provided. The emphasis is on the peculiarities of content, methodology, and methodological provision of the course on the choice of students «Practical Law». Characterized by the specifics of the academic subject «Jurisprudence. Practical Course» (Grade 9).
