Abstract

The textbook meets the requirements of the current State standard of basic secondary education, implements the concept of the cultural content of technological education, is an informational activity model of the process of labor training, aimed at forming the design and technological competence of pupils in real or simulated life situations. The contents of the textbook acquaints with the basics of material science, technique, technology and designing in order for the pupils to be able to skilfully make the product with. Textual and extra-text material contributes to the organization of self- study .The textbook has a sufficient number of practical works and tasks for formative and competence assessment.
