Abstract
In the article the features of educational process of children are exposed with violations of rumor. An author pays attention to that only terms of independence of Ukraine possibility to study a gesture language in detail became. A public educational policy is shown that in 1991-2010 headed for that, not to leave out of eyeshot not a single link of educator and educational work and was considered inalienable ideological making culture of all multinational Ukrainian people. The table of contents and state of work of primary and middle education of the special schools was sent to the terms of revival, maintenances of culture and the mother tongue of children with violations of rumor. What large value of object is presented "gesture Ukrainian" in studies and life of children with violations of rumor. The author of the article marks that carrying out the task of all-round development to personality of every student, general school in the conditions of independence of Ukraine and teacher tried to give knowledge to the children with violations of rumor of gesture language not only at the level of object but also on individual employments. Becoming of the independent Ukrainian state is reliable defenses of children with violation of rumor. Development of independent Ukraine opened new prospects for the revival. To put with the special necessities as a constituent of people of Ukraine is the competent subjects of political process. At special school basis of the differentiated teaching are the oriented studies on the necessities of children and uses of various forms of organization of educational process. It going near teaching, oriented to the necessities of children. One of such necessities was a gesture language that from the moment of independence entered the curriculum of schools for deaf children. Valuable in a curriculum was and that the envisaged clock was on extra-time on educational objects, optional classes, individual employments and consultations. Carrying out the task of all-round development to personality of every student, general school in the conditions of independence of Ukraine and teacher tried to give knowledge to the children with violations of rumor of gesture language not only at the level of object but also on individual employments.
