Abstract

The article deals with the main stages of creating a textbook on Ukrainian literature in high school, which define a clear system of requirements in its developing a project for a learning concept, structuring content and writing the main sections of the textbook and its experimental test. The requirements, according to which the author of the textbook (textbook) has, is determined guided by the relevant provisions of normative pedagogy and pedagogical psychology, methodology (in particular the theory of school textbook), modern to know the current programs of the subject for all classes, and also to take into account the age characteristics of students, psycho-cognitive, cognitive opportunities, the level of general development of students for which the textbook is created. It is proved that the efficiency and quality of learning by students of knowledge to a large extent depend on content content, logic and consistency of construction, diversity and originality of control of the acquired knowledge, system tasks and questions. According to the purpose, tasks and level of preparation of students, the textbook should determine the volume and system to be studied. The content of the textbook should provide a connection with life, be aimed at forming the personality of the student, developing his abilities and talents. The tutorial should be of interest to students, written in that language corresponds to the possibilities of its assimilation by students of a certain age group on At the proper level and at the set time, interpret the training content in available to them form, contain a system of tasks objectively for students and to correspond to their level of development, preliminary general education, to avoid at the same time primitive simplification and scientific vulgarisation of content. The accessibility level of the textbook should be such that the student can successfully use it to independently study the teaching material; use of additional teaching aids: audiovisual materials, CDs, visual aids, maps, etc.
