Abstract
Education is the most important social tool that affects the quality of personal and collective life of a person. The vector of society's development depends to a large extent on the level of development of mental structures and collective values in its culture. The article examines the tendencies of exogenous influence on educational processes in Ukraine. Socio-political and scientific trends are considered as didactic conditions for the implementation of educational ideas. Socio-political tendency of European integration, universal scientific tendency of interdisciplinary, system theory and cognitive science as objective sources of development of educational system. They are both stimulating and restrictive didactic conditions for the implementation of educational ideas, a resource that provides internal structural-functional and meaningful changes in the educational space of the country at different levels of localization. It is impossible to build a new civilization, like the new Ukrainian school, in the old outlook and theoretical and methodological principles. To solve the problem of implementing pedagogical technologies in the current educational reforms at various levels, it is necessary first to create new pedagogical technologies that meet not only the declared purpose.
