Abstract
The article presents the concept of designing Smart-complexes of educational disciplines for improving the quality of training skilled workers in vocational (vocational) education and production institutions. It is determined that the Smart-complex of an academic discipline is a complex information dynamic system of an electronic educational resource of an educational and methodical direction, built on the continuous development and change of functional connections and relations. It is designed to provide a continuous didactic cycle of the learning process, consisting of organizational and methodological materials for students’ classroom and independent activity in the framework of their mastering the discipline according to the curriculum and systematic theoretical, practical, test materials built on the principles of interactivity, adaptability and openness. It was found out that the constructive elements of the Smart-complex of educational disciplines are the environment of the student’s creative self-realization, the block of constructive alignment (it allows the student to build their own educational trajectory, makes it different from electronic textbooks), as well as the creative, educational, author’s and non-verbal environment. An important role in the Smart-complex of educational disciplines belongs to information and communication technologies. A feature of the Smart-complex of the discipline is the consideration of the requirements of the principle of constructive alignment to create an individual educational trajectory of the student and a widespread introduction of educational projects. With this approach, the curriculum and the expected results of training activities, the content, forms and methods of training, as well as methods for monitoring, diagnosing and evaluating are mutually agreed and are aimed at optimizing conditions to support students’ cognitive activity. In order to clarify the impact of the components of the Smart-complex of educational disciplines on the effectiveness of the educational process there was carried on the issues of realization the experience of implementing heuristic forms, methods and techniques for expanding the information base of the lesson and for increasing the availability of educational information; the feasibility and effectiveness of using the Kosco neural network model to achieve creative self-realization of students.
