Abstract

The article considers the main socio-cultural aspects of the development of the educational work of a vocational and technical educational institution under conditions of changes. Educational work is considered as an integral organism, which consists of interrelated components: a set of educational goals, subjects of the educational process, their activities, content and methods of organization of upbringing, process management.
