Abstract
It is disclosed that the feature of the present is the determining role of international organizations in the formation of educational policy, whose programs outline common priorities, among which are ensuring equal access to education, improving its quality, forming key skills to live in the modern world - the ability to learn, live in the community, to be responsible citizen, to ensure sustainable development at the local, regional, national and global levels.
