Abstract
The article examines the role of the integrated course "Natural" as part of research-based learning environment and to create psycho-pedagogical conditions of formation of students' lifeaffirming image of the world, natural and scientific competence as provided educational elements of sustainable development. General didactic factor "educational environment" plays a crucial role in shaping the scientific thinking of students provided the presence among its components the textbook "Natural Science". Textbook creates in the minds of students of natural-scientific picture of the world, the image of nature as a system of knowledge based on the general laws of the natural sciences. Science begins where the opinion is based on the laws of science, the defining paradigm of modern thinking. The object of the student must not only knowledge and skills for particular academic subject and even the ability to obtain their designing methods and student consciousness as a whole, including all its areas: cognitive (intellectual), personal, volitional, sensual and spiritual and moral; ordering the basis of consciousness should be the basic laws of science.
