Abstract

In the article the features of forming of culture are examined managements in modern society, that present by a soba important constituent of common to all mankind culture, as a government base is a human factor, any problem of organization is a problem of management human capitals. The features of culture are certain the managements, predefined by norms and principles of public moral, ethics, aesthetics, right. They consist of four closely associated and interdependent elements: cultures of workers of management, culture of process of management, culture of terms of labour and culture of documentation. It is found out, that a management culture plays a culturological function - regulative function by means of that relations in a collective acquire more humane lines. Valued-moral bases, what case frames stopped up in base principles, are distinguished
