Abstract

It is proved that under the conditions of globalization, which entails world economic, political and cultural integration and unification, the formation of educational policy goes to supranational level. International organizations, first of all, the EU (on a European scale), the UN, UNESCO, the World Bank, OECD become the agents of its formation.
