Abstract
Due to the poli-political, multiethnical and multi-religious nature of the Ukrainian society, it is necessary to take into account the values in general and religious values in particularly as well as the representatives of different religious communities in the study of the historical cycle subjects in the secondary educational establishments. The state standard for the "Social Science" educational area provides for the multidimensional presentation. It comprises the study of various dimensions of civic life and religion (moral, ethical, social, cultural ones, etc.) and their multiperspectiveness, that is, the study from the point of view of different individuals (the believers of a particular religion, the representatives of different cultural communities, etc.). However, in the curriculum of the history of Ukraine, the potential of the Religion Studies component is not paid enough attention, and the textbooks not only contain basic religious information, but also deepen and include it to the interactive that indicates the need for the more careful work of the scholars and the teachers in this area. In general, the presentation of the material is recommended to pay special attention to the fact that in the broadest sense is called "human values". For example, respect for the sacred to man places (proper clothing, quiet conversation or silence, and so on. D.) Respectful attitude towards older (elderly) people like behavior in your family on holidays and during mourning among representatives of different religious traditions, etc. It is necessary to keep in mind that the most common today religion is beyond ethnics, that almost any new acquaintance could be anyone for religion because unimportant related to some current and its representatives in general can prevent potentially possible friendship or cooperation ( confirm and strengthen the moral foundation will recall the story of the good Samaritan).
