Abstract
The monograph is devoted to solving topical issues of management of the development of academic giftedness of those who study, based on the qualimetric indicators of the decision-making patterns of participants in the educational process in the context of the risk of stochastic and non-stochastic nature. The methodology is substantiated and the patterns of manifestation of the main educational dominant as the main factors of motivation for success / prevention of failures as well as levels of aspirations as the main system-forming factors of the learners that best characterize the adequacy of their self-esteem are investigated. A number of sub-models of implementation of qualimetry in the process of development of academic talent of senior pupils are offered. Their effectivenessis evaluated. The monograph is intended for scientific and pedagogical staff, post-graduate students, doctoral students, specialists who deal with the management of educational activities, and may also be useful for the methodical provision of advanced training courses for teachers of educational institutions.
