Abstract

The author investigates the problem of students' self-realization at the institutions of higher education in the process of leisure activities, examines the main components of self-realization of future specialists and determines the conditions for self-realization of students in the process of leisure activity. The author observes the need to create a leisure environment for a higher education institution as the most important factor in socialization and full self-realization of student youth.
