Abstract
The article covers the structure of the technology of complex assessment of the educational institution innovative development, which was developed in correspondence with the results of the theoretical research on the technological bases of the process of evaluation of the educational institution development and the experience of the work of experimental secondary schools on the problem of study. In particular, the author studied and specified the macrostructure (conceptual framework, contents, organizational and pedagogical as well as procedural components) and microstructure (preparatory, primary assessment, expert assessment, secondary assessment, analytical and final stages) technologies of the integrated assessment of the innovation development of an educational institution. Technology of the comprehensive evaluation of the innovative educational institution was developed and justified for the teachers of educational institutions, teaching services, research institutes, regional institutes of postgraduate education and teaching in higher education. The expected outcome of the abovementioned technologies implementation in teaching practice is to train teaching staff for the evaluation of innovative processes and the motivation of the secondary schools to assure development under innovative changes.
